Return / Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at Huefeel. If for any reason you’re not, our return and refund process is designed to be simple and transparent.
1. Order Cancellation

Before shipment: You may cancel your order at any time for a full refund.

To cancel, please email service@huefeel.com with your order number.
2. Returns

Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Items must be in new or like-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and gifts included.

Approval: Once your request is approved, you must ship the item back within 7 days.
Return shipping costs

Quality issues / wrong item: We cover the return shipping cost.

Other reasons (non-quality returns): The customer is responsible for the return shipping.
Note: In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label. If the return is not due to a quality issue, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Funds will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear.
4. Replacements (Exchanges)

5. How to Start a Return or Replacement
